Whether you’re recovering from an injury, feeling stiff from daily life, or simply want to find the proper modifications for your yoga practice, this one-on-one class meets you where you are. We’ll breathe, stretch, and build strength at a pace that supports your body. 

Perfect for new yogis, experienced yogis, injury recovery, and people who want guidance and gentle attention.

    If you want focused 1:1 attention, choose Aligned Focus. If you prefer healing with your loved ones, set up a Blessed Circle for your group.
  • 2. Do you offer sessions in Spanish?
    Yes! I'm bilingual and can provide sessions in both English and Spanish.
  • 3. What if I've never done yoga or I'm not flexible?
    Perfect—you're exactly who this practice is for. No experience or flexibility needed, just bring your breath, body, and curiosity.
  • 4. Where is the venue?
    All sessions are held at your location—your safe space. Travel fees may apply.
  • 5. What should I wear and bring?
    Comfortable clothes that don't restrict movement, a yoga mat, water, and a towel. I can guide you on any props if needed.
  • 6. What's your cancellation policy?
    I ask for 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule—life happens and I understand. For no-shows, full payment is required to honor the time held for you.
  • 7. Do you offer sliding scale pricing?
    Yes. Accessibility matters to me. Aligned Focus, our one on one class is $40-80 sliding scale. Blessed Circle is $100 flat rate.
  • 8. Are you trauma-informed?
    Yes, I'm a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher. I understand that healing isn't linear and create safe spaces for all experiences.
  • 9. How long are the sessions?
    The sessions are 60 minutes.
  • 10. When will Within Reach coaching be available?
    Spring 2026! It's a heart-centered coaching service in development. Stay tuned on my instagram for announcements.
